Yes, absolutely. All our product photos are taken in-house and reflect the actual items you will receive. However, please note that due to lighting, screen resolution, and the handmade nature of some items, slight variations in color or texture may occur. We always strive to ensure what you see is what you get.
You can view your sales receipt by logging into your account on our website. Just go to the “My Account” section to see all your order details, including receipts, shipping status, and checkout history. If you checked out as a guest, your receipt will be sent to your email after purchase.
If you'd like to return an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.
Some of our items are restocked based on demand, while others—especially limited or seasonal pieces—may not return once sold out. If there's a specific item you're interested in, feel free to email us at info@luminarybysoha.com, and we’ll let you know if or when it will be restocked.
